Sometimes we all need a little help thinking of new ways to say “open and airy,” and while the thesaurus helps, it is still very time-consuming to agonize over brilliant words only to chop them all down to 1200 characters. Enter, ChatGPT, the now infamous tool that schools are banning because students are using it to cheat. Well, we’re grown-ups, and it’s not cheating for us to use a helpful tool in our business.
In this video tutorial, I demonstrate how you can dialogue with ChatGPT to jump-start your remark writing. Keep in mind this is an AI tool that will make up a bunch of lies about your property if you let it, so I recommend using it as a writing partner. You should always check the accuracy and provide all final compositions and editing.
